On May 22, the HUCTW Contract Negotiating Team reached a tentative agreement with the University.
This tentative agreement was voted on in
a ratification election on June 19. More information on negotiations and the tentative agreement can be found in the
Negotiations section of the web site.
The Notice of Election** with details of voting times and locations on June 19 is being mailed to all members' work addresses.

- The Detailed Summary of the Agreement
was posted on the web site and e-mail sent to all members on June 13.
- Election polling for ratification of the tentative agreement will take place on June 19. For details of voting locations and times,

- The vote count will take place in the Robinson Hall Basement Conference Room, starting at 6:00 p.m. All HUCTW members are welcome to attend!
- Ratification results will be be available on Wednesday, June 20 on the web site and by phone from the HUCTW Office.

**Updates to the Notice of Election
Due to local scheduling conflicts, the following room changes have been made. Notices will be posted at the locations on June 19.
- Fogg Museum
- Polling has been moved from the Naumburg Room to the Christian Room on the 3rd floor.
- Arboretum
- Polling has been moved from the Exhibit Hall to the Atrium.
