• The Notice of Nomination and Election was mailed to all members at their home addresses on April 6.
• The nomination period closes at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21. Please see the Notice of Nomination and Election for details.
• Names of all nominees who have accepted their nominations will be posted on the web site; nominees are responsible for contacting voting members with their campaign information.
• Information on contested seats will e-mailed to all members in the Design School, as well as posted on the web site.
• Election polling for contested seats will take place on Thursday, May 7. For details of voting locations and times, please see the Notice of Nomination and Election. Members must bring a photo ID to the polling location in order to vote.
• The vote count will take place at 4 p.m. on the afternoon of the election at the HUCTW Office, 15 Mount Auburn Street, Cambridge.
• Election results will be posted on the web site.
