Election polling on December 9 will take place only for these locations. Please see the links above for details on the both contested and uncontested seats, and the Updated Notice of Election for a revised list of voting times and locations.

Please remember to bring your photo ID with you when you go to vote.

HUCTW elections process:

Tues, Nov 3 The Notice of Nomination (updated) and Notice of Election were mailed to all members at their home addresses.
Tues, Nov 24 The nomination period closed at 6 p.m. Please see the Notice of Nomination (updated) for details.
Wed, Nov 25 Names of all nominees who have accepted their nominations are on the web site (Nominees for contested seats); nominees are responsible for contacting voting members with their campaign information.
Wed, Nov 25 Information on contested seats and updated voting locations was e-mailed to all members by region, as well as posted on the web site.
Tues, Dec 8 Election polling for contested seats took place. For details of voting locations and times, please see the Updated Notice of Election. Members must bring a photo ID to the polling location in order to vote.

Tues, Dec 8 The vote count took place at 6 p.m. on the night of the election in the Robinson Hall basement seminar room.
Thurs, Dec 10 Election results are posted on the web site.
