• The deadline for the 2013 Childcare Fellowship has passed. We will be accepting late applications until March 15, 2013. We will be distributing the funds for late applications in the end of March. The award will be retroactive to January 1. You will receive an award letter by the end of April. Please note: Those who apply late will receive smaller awards and will not be eligible to receive their award through a Flexible Spending Account (FSA). For 2013 award recipients:

• the deadline to submit a Verification Form for first quarter reimbursement is February 22, 2013.

Please note that the reimbursement deadlines below are only for members who have already received 2013 Childcare Fellowship awards from us.

Verification forms are due to the HUCTW office according to the schedule below. Please submit your forms on time. Submit one verification form per provider for a three-month period (three months equals one quarter). Fellowship awards are delivered quarterly to your paycheck.
